The Nature Walk condominiums appeal to the consumer. Ample storage space, energy efficient design and tranquil settings are what first convinced me to make Nature Walk my 'home'. After moving in, I continued to be impressed with how the building is designed to make my life easier. The front door security is excellent, which is comforting after living in New York City for 2 years. The gym, which is located on the lower floor, is as well-equipped with ellipticals, treadmills and a weight set as other external facilities. As a student, Nature Walk is convenient because it is located a short distance from both the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center and Dartmouth College. Lastly, I can forever enjoy the view and privacy from my balcony as no one can build behind the complex. I encourage anyone who is looking for a beautiful home to visit Nature Walk...you're bound to stay!

After moving back to the area from MA, I was looking for the right place to call home. I was told by a friend to take a look at Nature Walk. As soon as I walked into the model I knew this would be home. It did take me a few trips back to pick just the unit that I wanted and another trip to pick out the flooring but, thanks to the continued patience of the Purcell’s the decisions were made. They had my unit ready and waiting before my closing. As I signed the papers the moving van was pulling up to Nature Walk. Everything went very smoothly.

Other condo’s that I had looked at you could hear the neighbors in the condo next door but not at Nature Walk, it’s totally quiet. The proximity to biking and hiking trails was a also a perfect match for me. The fully equipped gym is a convenient bonus. You can come home from work, and get a work out in.

As an amateur photographer I can watch and photograph the wildlife lunching in the backyard. I came home recently to find a flock of Canadian Geese in the front lot adjacent to Nature Walk. And the sunset at this time of year from my deck is breath taking. Nature Walk has it all.

I had been searching for a home to purchase for some time but was becoming very disappointed at my options in the area until I found Nature Walk. When I discovered Nature Walk not only did I fall in love with it but I knew I had found home! Kevin was very pleasant to work with, answered my millions of questions and made the entire process a pleasure. I highly recommend living at Nature Walk to anyone that asks!

I would strongly recommend Nature Walk Condominiums to a potential buyer. I looked at a number of other condo complexes in the area and felt that Nature Walk provided the best value for the price. The units are well thought out with maximum living space and storage in a design which allows easy access to all rooms. The complex is in a convenient location: close to my place of work, shopping and hiking trails. There is a good range of upgrade options allowing condos to be tailored to the buyer's wishes at reasonable prices. There are plenty of cable, phone and electrical outlets in the units. Included lighting and appliances add to the comfort and convenience of the units. The back units have a magnificent view which can be enjoyed from the deck. The location of the utility room off the deck allows for conveniently located, yet silent operation of furnace and air conditioning units. Security is outstanding. There is a secure front entrance. I feel that I am living in an environment where security and fire safety were given a priority. There are a large number of sprinklers and fire alarms throughout the complex.

Common areas are very well maintained. Cleaning of indoor common areas and landscaping of outdoor common areas are done on a regular basis. The greenery and landscaping surrounding the complex make the building appear well cared for and stylish. The exercise room is well equipped and readily accessible and is a very nice feature. Mail boxes are conveniently located in the foyer so owners do not have to go out into inclement weather to retrieve mail.

My unit was ready, exactly as specified, on time for the closing date. I was glad that the unit came with a one year guarantee with the assurance that future concerns will be handled by the builder.

Sitting out on the deck of my condo to me is the best part of it. I sit out there on the weekends when not working and have my coffee in the morning and it is so peaceful. I have seen a couple of deer, turkeys, ground hog, and of course the birds.

My process went very smoothly and I was not pressured at all to make any decisions. I was left alone each time I came to look at the demo unit (which by the way was many, many times) so I could just talk it out with who ever I was with on how I would fit my items in my current home into the condo. Kevin was very patient with me!

My reason for purchasing a condo was I did not want to worry about the upkeep of my home outside anymore. I looked at a lot of condo's but these being brand new one out. Also, I like the security features.

I needed a place that was close to Dartmouth and all the downtown services. I didn't want to be where there was project after project though, I wanted it to be unique and quiet. Nature Walk filled the all my requirements and then some. I have thousands of acres of nearby hiking trails out my front door, I can walk to town, and the fitness center is great! The entire process from start to finish was seamless, the developer is first class!
